How to Submit Your Service Request

Please ensure your upload package includes all necessary court documents and specific target intelligence to prevent delays in field dispatch. 

• Required Documents
  Upload the Citation, Subpoena, or Notice along with the accompanying Petition or Complaint. Files must be submitted as high-resolution, unencrypted PDF files (individual or combined). 

• Target Information
  Provide the individual's or registered agent's full name, physical description, photograph, known vehicles, active home/work addresses, and general daily routine or work schedule. 

• Special Instructions
  Note any critical field details, including gate codes, safety concerns, past threats, dangerous animals, or if the target is actively evading service. 

• Filing Requirements
  Specify your proof requirements. Electronic PDF returns (signed under penalty of perjury per JBCC standards) are provided by default.
  Note: If your jurisdiction or firm strictly requires a physical, wet-ink notarized return mailed back, a $50 administrative surcharge will apply to cover local notary fees, administrative handling, and certified mailing costs.
